Buzzcocks Singer Pete Shelley Dead At 63

Lead singer of the punk rock band, Buzzcocks, Pete Shelley, has died aged 63 of a suspected heart attack.
The group’s management told BBC Shelley died on Thursday in Estonia, where he lived.
Buzzcocks are best known for their song ‘Ever Fallen in Love (With Someone You Shouldn’t’ve).
They were formed in Bolton, Greater Manchester in 1976.

Buzzcocks were one of the key first generation British punk rock bands to form in the wake of The Sex Pistols in 1976.
They were founded by Mancunians Pete Shelley and Howard Devoto, however Devoto left soon after the group released their Spiral Scratch EP (on their own independent label), leaving Shelley to take over vocals.
